If your new trampoline doesn't perfectly fit your backyard or meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return window within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure all components, including the frame, mat, and safety enclosure, are disassembled and packed securely in their original boxes with all original hardware and manuals.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup for large trampoline boxes or provide a shipping label for smaller accessory items.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
